What time will my order be delivered?
Most orders will be delivered between the hours of 09:00 and 5:00pm and will need to be signed for. Deliveries can be arranged before a set time (before noon for example) but will be at an additional cost.

What happens if I'm not in when the courier attempts to deliver?
If you are not in you will be left a card to arrange for re-delivery or you maybe able to collect from the courier's depot.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by cheque or via BACS direct bank transfer. Payment is required before dispatch of goods.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, although email is preffered so we can check engraving instructions and get as many details as possible.

What if the item I require is out of stock?
Items can be put on back order although if time doesn't allow, a suitable replacement can be advised.

What happens if I need to return or need refund for goods?
Refunds or replacements can be arranged with customers as soon as possible.
