We aim to deliver your awards as soon as possible depending on your requirements and size of your order. Most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

You will receive a call or email the day before to let you know you will be receiving your goods. We use a courier service and occasionally Royal Mail and all orders will need to be signed for so we can track progress of delivery.

The standard delivery charge for a 10kg box is £10. Smaller orders will be between £5 and £7.50, depending on the weight of box and delivery service.
