Cost of Products
All product prices are in English sterling and include VAT. Additional costs may include special engraving and delivery costs. These additional charges will be specified before order completion. Changes to products will be advised to customers before delivery.

Payment
We accept payment by post in the form of cheques made payable to "Five Star Trophies" or payment by BACS is also accepted.

Delivery
Five Star Trophies will make every effort to deliver all products on specific dates by using our reliable couriers and Royal Mail where appropriate. Any problems that occur we will always try to rectify deliveries to suit the customer as soon as possible in the most cost efective way. We aim to deliver within 7-10 days, orders that require special engraving may take longer.

Warranty & Damages
Five Star Trophies warrants that all products are of satisfactory quality. If any product is damaged on delivery, please notify us ASAP as we will do our best to replace any damaged items as soon as possible. Please note, Five Star Trophies cannot take responsibility for claims of damage after 48 hours of delivery.

Engraving
Wording/text to be sent in by customers via email. Engraving errors due to incorrect information sent by the customer will incurr a charge if engraving has to be repeated.
